Frequently Asked Questions

  • First-time clients should book a 90-minute Signature 1:1 Session. This allows time to discuss intake questions and issues prior to the treatment, as well as integration, grounding, and questions afterward. This includes a 60-minute treatment.

    Only returning, recurring clients can book a 60-minute session. This is the minimum amount of time for effective results, allowing the nervous system to settle and the work to integrate. A 75-minute session or longer is suggested for a more relaxing and deeper experience.

    Quantum Healing is for those who have had previous energy healing sessions, or those who meditate often or practice other higher-consciousness modalities, and are ready to go deeper—elevating and releasing patterns and programs through time/space.

  • You will be lying on a massage table, fully (or partially) clothed. Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting, breathable, natural-fiber clothing (cotton, linen, wool, or silk) for a higher-vibrational experience. Synthetic fibers tend to hold a lower frequency, create static electricity, and trap heat and moisture. You may also be asked to remove underwire or tight-fitting bras, as well as belts.

    1. Come hydrated. Energy moves more easily through water. 

    2. Energetic Hygiene- come clean, with clean clothes, socks, hair and body.  Leave layers of energetic build up at home, by bathing or showering and wearing clean clothes.  This makes our session more productive. 

    3. Eat Healthy Foods to allow your energy to be freed up for movement instead of trying to metabolize low frequency foods. 

    4. Avoid toxins before your session, i.e. chemical perfumes and toiletries, drugs, alcohol, vaping, chemical-based cleaning products, etc. Again, this frees up your energy for movement, instead of having to metabolize toxins. 

    5. Wear natural fiber clothes (cotton, linen, wool, silk) for a higher vibrational experience than lower frequency fabrics that create static electricity and a tighter barrier of plastic material. 

    6. Wear White if you are having a Quantum Healing session. Clean higher vibrational energy moves better through white. 

    7. Jewelry- you will be asked to remove all jewelry before your session. Feel free to leave it at home. 

    8. Mindset- Come with an open mind and a positive outlook, that you are doing something to improve yourself. 

  • Mindset: Come with an open mind and willingness to relax into your heart-space and to explore hidden parts of self.

    Prepare your energy: It is recommended to do the Daily Energy Routine or other exercises that balance, ground or elevate your energy systems, so that you’re ready for deeper work to be done during your session.

  • If you’re sick… PLEASE Stay home and book an Online Remote.  Please honor and respect me and my work, by not exposing me to any contagious illnesses. If I get sick, I cannot work for at least 7-10 days. If I can’t work, I don’t make money to live. So, if you’ve recently been exposed to an illness, have a fever, unusual headaches, sniffles, cough, rash, etc…. please reschedule for a remote session.

  • You will need to be in a quiet comfortable place, where you will not be interrupted for the entire session. We will meet on Video Chat, Zoom or via phone. I prefer for us to be able to see each other during the session because I often explain things by demonstration.  It’s best to have your computer or phone setup so we can see each other, while you’re lying down or reclining in a chair.  It’s good to have pillows, blankets, tissues, a glass of water, and a candle/matches for you to light just prior to the session.  I will be in my home studio, working as if you are on my table. You will be able to hear and see me as I’m tuning into and feeling your energy.  Energy moves through time and space and as a physical empath, I can feel the resistance, pressure, stickiness, emotions and often pains in your field.  I’ll use techniques to shift the energy and your nervous system. I may ask you questions about what I’m feeling and you may want to share what you’re feeling. It works the same as if you’re in person!  And it’s wonderful to be able to move directly into taking a nice bath, journaling, or resting, instead of having to drive home. It’s a gentler integration and allows you to linger in the soothing energy longer. 

  • Sometimes…  I work with children that are not destructive in my environment. Otherwise, I can do remote work. A parent must be present and understand that the session might need to end early if behavior is too disruptive.  Many of the children that I work with will fall asleep during a session and feel refreshed and regulated afterwards.   • Sometimes… I often work with family pets, but I don’t have a setup to allow pets into my office. I can do remote sessions on pets and often find that it’s helpful to do a session on the owner as well. Please contact me to discuss your needs and to see if it’s a good fit for both parties.
